Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy
For purchases made on the KUNA US online store us.kunastores.com:
In order for the shipment of the product to be carried out successfully, that is, in an appropriate and timely manner, the client must record the correct information when executing the Purchase Order.
The registration of erroneous or incomplete data that causes an improper processing will be the exclusive responsibility of the client. This could happen even in a cancellation of the order if the Company deems it appropriate.
The delivery period of the order is posted since the confirmation of the payment of the Purchase Order. The extension of this term will depend on delivery address.
USA Transit Time
Garments marked with the “Express Shipping” tag on the product photo have an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination ZIP code. Express shipping is subject to size availability in our local warehouse. If unavailable, standard shipping applies.
For items without the “Express Shipping” tag, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days, as these are shipped directly from our main warehouse.
The Company will continuously monitor the orders dispatched, in order to ensure that they arrive at their destination within the agreed time. However, the delivery may not materialize for any of the following situations:
- The delivery address was not located because the registration in the website was carried out in an equivocal or incomplete manner.
- No residents were found in the shipping address at the time of delivery.
Once informed of the inconvenience, the Company will contact the Client via email to make the rescheduling of the delivery date. The additional costs involved in this reprogramming will be borne by the client.
In case the client requires additional information about the delivery status of his order, he can contact the Company through email to sales@kuna.com.pe.
Indemnification / Compensation
The disagreement regarding the acquisition of the client’s products does not generate or create the payment of any type of compensation by KUNA.
Customs, Tariffs And Taxes:
For shipments to the United States, all taxes and additional fees are assumed by the KUNA USA online store.
Shipments To Other Countries

The shipment and delivery of the products purchased at us.kunastores.com are carried out by third parties. Kuna exempts itself from responding, under all circumstances, to any possible inconvenience attributable to these third parties.
Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to the KUNA return address.
In order to be accepted for a refund, all items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. No exceptions will be accepted.
Returns are managed by mail. Please follow the return instructions below:
- Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging or in a package that ensure that the item(s) will arrive in perfect conditions to the warehouse.
- Print and include your shipping confirmation email.
- Note the item(s) you are returning along with the reason for return.
- Create a return label using the Order number in the pack slip that was included in the order. Click here to create the return label.
- Attach the return label in the original packaging and schedule a pick up with FedEx, or bring the return to a FedEx location. Shipping costs are complimentary.
- Once received in the warehouse, returns will be processed within approximately 10 to 15 business days and credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed.
- Products listed under the SALE category are limited units and cannot be returned or exchanged.
KUNA will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged prior to acceptance by FedEx when utilizing the prepaid label provided by KUNA or in the event that the prepaid label provided by KUNA is not used for the return shipment.
Exchanges
KUNA cannot offer exchanges for returned merchandise. We suggest you return the item you wish to exchange for a refund using the applicable conditions and guidelines listed in our Return Policy and place a new order on kunastores.com/us.
