Wholesale prices are an exclusive benefit for pre-qualified buyers who plan to resell Kuna items on other
markets, online or in-store.
To apply you must confirm that you own or you work for a fashion business. We consider in-store sellers, as well as online-only sellers,
or even if you have work in both channels, as long as you have an
established following to be eligible for a wholesale account and remain a reseller of our goods.
Conditions:
Minimum order: US$ 3,500.00
Minimum re-Order: US$ 5,000.00

About selling Kuna
KUNA products must maintain their exclusivity, and not be sold or advertised on any market for less than the prices listed on our website.
Discounts or sales campaigns are allowed, as long as they are planned for specific commercial dates through the year. All products & pricing are subject to change & seasonal availability.
About our prices
We work with FCA prices, in American dollars. As mentioned before, the access to these special prices are only available for pre-qualified buyers who plan to resell Kuna items on other markets, online or in-store.
KUNA will set everything up to deliver the order to the requested address. Shipping cost must be cover by the buyer.
About discounts
Working with special prices for wholesalers is a benefit for your business. Since this price list has a very significant discount, we do not offer any additional discounts.
Payment Terms
All orders must be completely paid upfront prior to shipment. The buyer must cover their own bank account charges. Our payments can be done by bank transfer or VISA credit card (by their virtual platform).
All payment’s voucher should be sent to the assigned account executive.
Shipping Information
Our main office is located in Arequipa, Perú, from where we ship all our items.
The operator will confirm the shipping charges quoted, based on the volume and weight of your total order.
We offer the best shipping rates through our logistic operators DHL and FEDEX, and for larger volumes with air rates. If you have your own shipping business account, please contact us.
We ship from Monday to Friday. In case we have a public holiday, orders will be sent out before or after that day.
About our Packaging
Every Kuna piece is properly packed and tagged with our hang tags. Each product is folded and placed in an individual bag.
Legal Policies and Copyright
Every KUNA item is under trademark protection & must display KUNA name. You can’t sell our products using any other name, or reproduce our designs.
About cancellations
Consider that you have only 48 hours to cancel your order or make any changes.
Once we notify that the order is in process, we can no longer cancel it.
Fulfillment Status
Once we confirm your payment has been received, you will be contacted by your assigned account executive. Delivery dates may change depending the collection and selection of your order.
Receiving your order
Our products goes through a quality control process right before they are shipped. We expect you to check all shipments out immediately upon arrival. You can contact us within 7 days if there are any missing or damaged ítems (please send documents and photos of all the boxes).
Returns, exchanges, or refunds on damaged items will not be considered beyond this timeframe.
Returns & Exchanges Policies
Returns are only accepted if the garments have quality problems, which are reviewed and approved by the Kuna quality area.
In the second case, we can offer you a swap or a noted credit on your next order.
Marketing
Product pictures will be provided to promote our products in your store, on social media/online. These pictures can’t be alter in any way.
